+ -1 morewe had a dog flea infestation. this is the second time we have used them. the first time was a few years ago, we had fleas everywhere in our 3000 sf house. we bought bombs, put powder everywhere. spent about $100 on over the counter remedies which did not work. So we called. Bob, the technician, showed up on time, with clear instructions, sprayed. Because of the magnitude of the infestation, we opted to have a follow-up, just to be sure. Though Bob suggested we could wait and see. needless to say it worked. I think it was $60 back then. So the second infestation, several years later, we called them at the first sign. Bob, again, came out. this time we did it just the one time. all gone. $65. highly recommend these folks.

Description of Work: Scheduling was fine, services were as stated, and I have no grounds for complaint. The reason I will not use them again is that they don't solve the problem, they just spray it. After service, the roaches never went away, just began dying in greater numbers (all over the house). The key, I found online, is an integrated approach (poison, traps, remove openings). Johnson's very nice service man never mentioned this, just spayed.

+ -1 moreIt took about an hour. They only charged $30. Compared to the rest of the companies out there it was about $65 cheaper. They did a great job. The price in no way cut the quality of the work.
Description of Work: They came out to exterminate bugs critters and roaches.
