When I first contacted Mr. Glenn about fixing my sprinkler system he replied he was so booked up he would not be able to get to it for some time. However, he did offer several things to check that usually are the problem. I was surprised he did this as he was not getting paid for it. In any case I checked everything and got back to him that they were not the problem. He then told me how to check the controller, which was beyond my ability, but my brother checked it and found the controller was not working. Got back to John again and he said to replace the controller, suggested a coupled of brands he could recommend and gave a quote to install and test it. I bought a new controller and by then John was able to get me on his schedule. Of course, I had other problems that had to be addressed. John ended up spending all day working on it and even had to come back the next morning with an assistant. When he was done I was so surprised when he billed me only $40 more than his quote. I really expected it to be much more. Looking back I feel very guilty that I didn't tip him. It was a new experience not feeling like I've been over charged and it caught me off guard. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him back if I ever have need of his services again.

I spend more than what I should have spent. The landscaping services in this area generally seem to be high. His response time was very good. He seems to take into consideration what I wanted, the effect, and he was very good to work with. The price was more than what I wanted to spend any way they not only did landscaping for me, they also did some pavers for me in the backyard and that turned out nicely. I was not happy with the price overall. There were still some things that they should have done that they did not do. There are some bare spots outside. It was okay but I felt that I did not get my money's worth. He came out when he said he would come out and he checked on the guys working out here. I probably won't use them in the future because of the pricyness of it. That is the main problem that I had. I feel that there were things that should have been done, that were not done.

He was excellent to work with and did an excellent job. They job turned out beautiful. He was professional and showed up on time when scheduled.

Had contacted three landscapers. John Glenn immediately responded the same day that I called and was at our home promptly at the time agreed upon. His estimate was detailed and work was completed as promised and at the cost he quoted. Relied on his expertise as to what to plant and could not be happier with the results. John was also onsite during much of the planting and available for any questions I had afterward. Very professional and experienced landscaper.

John Glenn and his crew were very prompt and professional. He really stands behind his work and makes sure his clients are 100% happy with the outcome.

He is truly a professional. He's equally priced to others. He does what he says and stays in touch.
