+ -1 moreHe is excellent and cleans up after he is done. He comes when he says he will come and is very fair with what he charges. I never felt like I had been ripped off. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to use him.
Description of Work: He has done several handyman jobs including carpentry work for railings on my deck, fixed my toilet, and he fixed my disposal.

+ -1 moreJoe came promptly at appointed time to assess several jobs to ready my house to sell. He seemed knowledgable about the work, and said he would be back the next day to assess the roofing work as he did not have a ladder with him. He never appeared. Moreover, I saw him at the local Big Box DIY store where he turned away from me in order for me not to see him. He spent an hour at my house talking about the jobs that needed to be done. If he was not interested, he could have just said no, or made up an excuse. He told me he would be back the next morning to look at the roof and was not heard from again. JUST SAY THIS IS NOT YOUR KIND OF WORK JOE! Don't waste my time waiting for you while the work needs to be done. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Joe came to site to assess jobs, promised he would call me with quote, but never heard from him again.
