This is a NOTICE and A WARNING ⚠️ from a disgruntled, former loyal, and long time employee from back in the day when JDH put out the type of quality product that the owner himself truly believes in. Better times those days were for the customers because that quality was standard it was the only TRUTH we knew. The QUALITY, of the product that is. But, long have the employees accepted a QUALITY OF LIFE far less deserving of what is just. Quality of pay will forever be a topic of discussion between the server and the recipient of the service. However, today I'm here to talk to you about the quality of treatment as human beings. For one who knows customer service well, you would think it comes naturally to not berate another over matters that could be handled in a PROFESSIONAL manner. Sadly, long has there been a sickness in this world; PRIDE. GREED. POWER. After spending your life feeling so high and mighty? Where does that get you when your EGO drives everyone, who gave you their blood sweat tears and cared for you, away. That's when you find out that the Contagion is YOU!!!☣️☣️☣️

Initially, I asked for issues through email because I was out of state, they came back without addressing all of my needs, so I had to be re-quoted. They did accommodate these needs. When they said they would get to it "tomorrow" on Friday, they really meant that they would get it done of Monday. This happened three times. The fence looks exactly like it was supposed to. The service is great but the customer service is lack luster. It took them ten days to send the invoice that was supposed to be sent the following day. - they provide a military discount
