 + -1 moreNot good! He didn't do what we asked him, he came back with the estimate of the house he wanted to build. You really need to have a lot of money to build a house with this company. They are not for regular individuals who want to build a regular house, they are looking for people who want to build big houses. We have to constantly call him to remind him, he doesn't call back.

 + -1 moreGreat job. Very professionally done and timely. His inspection and evaluation of root cause of the problem and the scope of repair work was spot on. Provided pictures of progress. I would definitely have Jack Roberts construction do more work when it is needed.

 + -1 moreHe arrived at the property with his designer ,Mary Grace, and one of his employees . They did a thorough inspection of the building and gave me great advice. I decided not to buy this building. When I find they right property or decide to build his team will be the team I will call. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

 + -1 moreAll the work that J Roberts Construction has completed for me exceeded my expectations.
Description of Work: J Roberts Construction company in 2008, took my one story home and renovated into a two story home adding 1500 square feet of additional living space. The addition was completed on time and on budget but most importantly, the project was done in a manner where were able to continue to live in our house with little to no interuption to our day to day life. The end result is a home with a second floor that today looks seamless to our entire our home and looks like it was there the entire time. Subsequent to this project, J Roberts Construciton has assisted me on building and completing a few Condo Rental Projects. Again the work was completed as agreed with little to no continual follow up from myself. Overall, Jack, Kelsey and team are wonderfully honest folks that do great work and are focused on ensuring that their clients are happy and get what they asked for and expected. For anybody contemplating the large task of building a new custom home I highly recommend J Roberts Construction.

 + -1 moreHighly satisfied with Quality, Price, Timeliness and resolution to every minor isssues after the house was completed. With the complexity of a custom home the above statement is very important to any home owner!! Selecting and building a new house can be very stressful to the owner and Jack was very helpful through the entire time and process. Jack is an excellent professional with a proven track record of building outstanding homes and he understands the requirements for customer satisfaction. I would use Jack Roberts again for any future construction or remodeling needs.
Description of Work: J Roberts Construction built a custom home for us that was completed in January 2010. We were pleased to find Jack Roberts when we decided to move to Savannah and build a custom home. In the past years we had four custom homes built in four different states as a result of job relocations. We can state with confidence that Jack Roberts is the best custom home builder we found. Jack Roberts is an expert professional builder with honesty and integrity. He has met and exceeded our expectations during and after the completion of our house in Southbridge. It has been over 2 years since we moved in our house and we continue to be extremely pleased with the quality of construction provided by J. Roberts Construction.

 + -1 moreWithout a hitch. It involved digging turf, pouring concrete, laying brick, and cleaning up. It was completed in less than 3 hours with a crew of four. And it looks great.
Description of Work: Mr. Roberts built my home in 2010-11. His workmanship and professionalism are incomparable. He has continued to be responsive to my needs, including the job cited here -- an extension of my patio. It was a superb job, like all the work he has done on the interior and exterior of our home. I could not give him and his crew a higher recommendation for quality, honesty, and cordiality.
