Description of Work: I was sold 2 poor quality and defective heat pumps. The 1st one had the coil , which was in my attic, rust out after 2 years. The Goodman Mfg Co. replaced the coil no charge but Icy Hot Heat &A/C charged $545 for labor & parts to install. The 2nd coil rusted out after 4 years and Icy Hot now charged $505.00 for labor and $145.00 for parts to install the no charge coil. This was for 1 1/2 hours it took to install. They made no attempt to contact the manufacturing company to about the obvious defective coils and felt it was entirely up to me. They made a profit selling me the heat pumps, installing them,and now $ll95.00 for repairing them. I feel they should have reduced the labor on at least one of the repairs.
