The reason I went with them was they were the cheapest. Really the only thing was they were running a holiday special on installation so the installation was cheaper.

This service went better than expected. They were on time, very well prepared and took great pride in their work. It was ver apparent that they knew what they were doing. The only issues that we had were just some minor mistakes. First one of the blinds was not cut to the correct size. The good thing about that is that they did not try to modify anything there and make it fit. Instead they did the professional thing of going back to their shop and properly producing the correct size blind. They returned and quickly finished there work on an alternative day. Next, we were slightly over charged on the price because they had calculated a few more blinds being installed than we wanted. That situation was quickly resolved and they also ensured that we were provided with a military discount that I think was around 10%. Surprisingly, the labor was only about $380 and everything else was the cost of materials and supplies. As I mentioned, overall this was very good professional service and I really enjoy the quality work and service that I had for the great price.

The first time they were supposed to come out, the man said that there may be discoloration behind it. We already knew this, but he said he had to reschedule the appointment. On the day of that appointment, the man called in sick and we had to reschedule as well. It took three scheduled appointments for them to actually show up and start the work on the day of the appointment. However, it took a total of six appointments from start to finish. They did a great job on the shower, but the door was not hung straight. It is at least a quarter of an inch off. The bottom goes in and the top sticks out. It looks like they were trying to direct the water to stay in the shower, but it looks horrible if you see it from inside. Because they drilled holes, it is not able to be fixed. My wife is not unhappy with it, but I am. It is permanent and I don't think that there is anything that they can do.
