Charles Seyle from Keller-Williams found our new house for us after we thought we had exhausted all local listings pertaing to our needs. I could not ask for a better agent; from ushering us through our first home purchase, to dealing with the pitfalls with mortgage companies, to fielding paperwork and phone calls and minimizing our burden, Chuck did everything we needed. Would definately recommend and use again if needed.

We were new in Savannah and we did not know much of the area. Heather Murphy is a Savannah native, and she gave us great insight to the neighborhood and places that we never heard off or even thought about. We ended up purchasing a home in a boating community. We did not know that was something we wanted until she showed us a couple of boating community. I remember one property that had river access. If she had not pointed that out to us, we would have probably purchased a home that we were not happy with. She was very patient. She showed us homes that were off our budget from $800,000 all the way down to $200,000. She did not try to push it into a market of homes. She wanted to get us what will make us happy. She is a very kind person, and her negotiating skills were probably the best that I have ever seen. She negotiated our house down to $30,000.

After parting ways with another realtor I found Christina Mcintosh from Keller Williams. She was eager to assist us with our search and was extremely helpful. We were looking at foreclosures, and even though she doesn't stand to make too much off of a low-price sale she still treated us like we were important clients. We are currently under contract on a house we love, and she has been super cooperative with us... my boyfriend's out-of-state mother is actually paying for the place for us and Christina happy to email and call not only her, but me as well, and keep everyone in the loop. I will definitely call her when we go to sell this house a few years down the road.

I have only been in touch with them for a couple of weeks now. The house has been on the market for only about a week. So far, I am very impressed with them. The agent I am using is great. They have an fee/ commission, which is average and standard. I will use them again in the future.

Jim Klotz is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He is a full time agent. This is not a second job. He was always punctual and had a good knowledge of the area. He lives in the historic district. Great to work with. We are out of town SCAD parents and didn't have time to waste. He emailed us prospective properties that he thought fit our desires. He lined up the properties and showed them all in one morning. We made an offer and he worked it out.
