When I called and left a message for an estimate Bill was responsive and set up a date for the estimate. He was very prompt when he showed up for the appointment. I had several projects I wanted done, however, I couldn't do them all at once due to finances and I advised him of that fact. When I told him what I wanted and it to be fairly maintenance free he kind of chuckled and said nothing was maintenance free which I understand. He then became very disinterested in my needs and never did get back to me with the estimate. In my humble opinion, if you don't want to do the work, tell me that. Don't just ignore me.

Bill and crew were courteous, professional, prompt, and came on time as scheduled. Great job, right price, very happy with the results. Tidied up when work was complete. Would not hesitate to recommend.

They are doing work for us in one of my properties down there; condo and one of the owners also owned another unit and they were doing work with them. They are very responsive and very very good. They come to one place twice a month and the other place once a month. They charge $80 per visit.
