The auditor arrived 5 minutes early and he was very professional. The audit itself was very thorough and lasted about 4 hours. The auditor was also clearly experienced and knowledgeable.
The extensive report was received in less than a week. There were lots of photos and explanations of how and why our home was losing energy, with step-by-step instructions on how to correct these issues and an energy payback period for each improvement.
They were very honest and genuinely interested in helping us save energy/money, and showed us exactly what we could fix ourselves, and what would be best to have professionally done.
