Weather was a factor which caused a minor delay but once they were able to start the job it went very fast. Very courteous employees, respectful of the landscape, removed all old fence debris. If I needed this type of service again I would use this company.

BEWARE...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Called to contract for full service which included "mow grass, edge & weed, maintain flower beds, fertilize and trim bushes". cost was $120.00 / month with a discount if we paid $160.00 deposit these funds were withdrawn immediately. On 1st visit they damaged siding on house, didn't complete job, had to be called back out to complete. On 2nd visit had to be called back out again due to unfinished job. Despite asking repeatedly for the fertilizer to be put down it took them 4 weeks to do it, each time we called they said "sorry, we're updating our computers" they never did take care of the weeds in the plant beds. After trying to work with them over the first month of excuses it was apparent the service wasn't going to get any better so we called to cancel and asked for reimbursement of the deposit only, after repeated calls over the course of 5 weeks we called 4 times and each time we're promised reimbursement which never arrived. Today they indicated they would only reimburse $40.00 of the $160.00 because "fertilizer costed $120.00" (this is a very small city lot) when expressed that this is not acceptable he threatened to hang up on me. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

In my future endeavors, I feel like I should ensure verbals are more explicitly detailed in my quotes. Very alluring website and Josh has a friendly personality and was willing to do some additional work as a favor. I feel like some portions of the job created more work for me in the end, but otherwise I am moderately satisfied with the quoted work versus the money invested. *GA HB 513

Our downtown row was planning on replacing our old fence in the back of our properties. I contacted Grassholes, they came out right away to give me a qoute. They had worked with us through a few changes and created a fence that pleased everyone. GLC removed our old fence, dug new post holes (which was not easy work) and made (not pre-made) panels within a few days! We now have a great, level shadow box 6' high fence. We are looking forward to the staining process and a completely fabulous new fence. GLC has been a pleasure to work with. Very professional and always responded to our changing needs.

We had a fence installed from Grassholes. It only took two days to complete, we have kind of a large yard.

I've used Grassholes Lawncare for lawn maintenance over a year. They do an exceptional job! They're very reliable and professional. I highly recommend them.

They installed a fence and that is when the problems begun. Josh is terrible can't believe what he tells you. I was told by josh he would come out and move sprinkler head it took several texts and email for them to come out. When they finally came out they messed up one of sprinkler heads. I have had to seen several emails to them about the fence and issue with it. I will never use them or recommend this company to anyone. They don't care about reviews anyway at least that what i was told by Josh. Very disappointed that Home Advisor has them on their website.

Grassholes Lawn Care is a good company. If you're not completely satisfied, they will go the extra mile for their customers.

They installed our Fence in a very timely manner! Started on Saturday and finished on Sunday. Our double gate was on a little bit of a slope so it was a bit off of the ground and kept swinging open enough for my dog to get out of even while locked so he came back out and put in some stronger locks and a cane bolt to anchor it in the ground. It's perfect now! Would highly recommend!

I have hired them on a 12 month contract for maintaining my lawn. They have only cut my lawn once and I have received no other service so I am unable to provide a review based on much. So far, so good.

Very poorly done work had then come out second time to fix what they didn't do right and when they came back the edging was so uneven that my husband had to fix it.Called them back and they said I wasn't specific at what I wanted done & was very rude .They are a sad excuse for a lawn care company !!!

Josh and his crew are the best from the day I called to the job was finished they saved me over $400 from another company and their work is great I love my fence and privacy would recommend them all the time

Josh and his crews did an outstanding job...They cleaned up and removed an ugly old chain link fence, replaced it with a great looking wooden fence. Then, put sod down in my back yard. I am well pleased with all work. Prices were very reasonable too! Would highly recommend Grassholes Lawncare.

We had them install a 6ft wooden privacy fence, not a chain link. Our fence is beautiful!! Only took them two days to start and finish the job!
