+ -1 moreAfter the marketing agreement was established, the sales agent passed away. I was contacted to let me know that the person had died. Since that contact, I have not had any communication from this establishment. The marketing agreement ended sometime in August but Fox Properties did not even contact me to see if I wanted to extend it. Another real estate firm contacted me and I am working with them. I doubt I will ever use Fox Properties again and certainly will not recommend them and in fact if the subject comes up, tell others my experience.
Description of Work: The discussions relative to setting up a marketing agreement for two properties went quite well.

Description of Work: Kimberley Fox is a true professional. She represented us in the purchase of our home in 2010 and is now representing our daughter and her family in purchasing their first home. We were new in town and had no idea who to contact for help. We hit the jackpot with Kimberley. She worked 100% for us and left no stone unturned in helping us find just the right home. She was very patient in showing us as many houses as we wanted and never once rushed us or tried to push us for a decision. She responded promptly and gave us her complete attention. Having been through an experience with a bad agent in the past, believe me - we know the difference. We would not dream of contacting anyone else.
