I had used this company previously and had a bad experience(see above review from fall 2010), but decided to try them again. Jerry the owner is very nice and tries hard, but again I had an issue with his staff. The work was eventually completed to my satisfaction, but we had to call the owner in to clear it up and get the person doing the work to perform it the way we had previously agreed that it would be done. They do quality work, but just make sure that the person doing the work is there and walks the job prior to the day of service to make sure everyone is on the same page.

I would highly recommend them. They were on time friendly and prompt.

The owner came out and gave me an estimate and we agreed on the grating with the drainage to run off at the far corner of the yard. When the work was to be done the owner did not come out and his job supervisor wanted to do the grating differently. He said that the original way would not drain properly and he needed to create a drainage gully in the middle of the yard. He said the grating would be subtle and I agreed and went to work. When I returned there was a 1-2 foot deep gully in the middle of my yard. I called the owner and expressed that it was not acceptable and they came out several times, but did not really remove the deep gully. The supervisor was condescending and very disagreeable. Finally they did come out and made it somewhat better, but charged for it and never did change the drainage to the original agreement. Overall, the experience was a nightmare and I felt like just giving up, but kept at them to at least make it bearable. I had saved my money for a long time to have this work done and was sick about the job they did!!!!
