The company never called back. So I was unable to hire them.

I have never talked with anyone from this company.

He was extremely prompt and communicated well with texting. It was complicated because I had a old house and it had to be redone. He did a great job. He works with the power company to make sure service was restored.

They forgot to do some work, I called to get it fixed, they wouldn't answer my call or return my multiple messages.

Found the problem. Fixed the problem. Polite. Professional. Arrived late but compensated me for late arrival.

Kenny was great...just the type electrician I needed for my old house. The ancient porcelain bathroom light sconce was shooting out sparks when I tried to change the bulb. He came out to give me an estimate, looked carefully at the old fixture and said he might be able to take it back to the shop and fix it, so I wouldnt have to buy new ones. \ After unwiring it and taking it down, he looked at it closely and found he could fix it right then and there, and he did! If you have an old house and need a good, trustworthy electrician that knows what he is doing, and can think outside the box, Kenny is the guy for you. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Kenny Giles was very responsive to my initial call. Not only did he come out that same day, but he assessed and repaired our electrical wiring to the HVAC unit. He was very knowledgeable, expedient, efficient, and cost effective. He took the time to explain the repair job and the prognosis. We would highly recommend Mr. Giles company, Electrical Solutions, and use them again without hesitation.

Work was done quickly, they kept me informed as it progressed, gave me multiple options when a solution was needed and were significantly cheaper than other estimates. Had a great experience with them. I discovered an issue in another part of the house the next day and they came right back to look at it.

On time and quick turnaround. Job well done and $300 less than a quote I received from mr. Electric. Very nice guys. After I hung vanity light I realized I was getting no power they immediately came out and fixed the problem. Would use the again and again. Very happy with their service.

I was promptly called back and their team arrived at my house the same day that I contacted them. They took the time to go through a number of possible electrical concerns noted on a home inspection report. They returned 2 days later to complete the job thoroughly and restore power to the home after it had been diverted to a temporary box previously. They checked all the breakers after restoring power and made sure there were no short-circuits in the home and that the electrical service was working properly. They fixed a short that was found. They did excellent work in the middle of heat wave (with no air conditioning); they did the work thoroughly and at a reasonable price.

i have had trouble with a particular breaker for several months. The "original" installer kept telling the new breakers were super sensitive and that is why it kept tripping. I finally had enough and called Kenny. He removed the appliance and inspected the receptacle. There was an exposed wire which was nicked. Kenny taped the nick and we think we are good to go! He is terrific...Thanks !

They got back to me first thing in the morning and the job was finished by 6pm today. They came out, and I had told them the wrong kind of plug. The workman left to get a different plug, and returned at the end of the day to finish the job. The work was perfect, the workman very friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend.

He added an outlet that will allow us to connect several cords to the outlet without having to use adapters. He worked around our schedule and he was prompt, courteous and clean. I plan on using him again to put in an outlet for our RV so we don't have to run a cord.

Tim is very knowledgeable & great to work with. We learned a lot from him. We were interested in doing more work with them ,but never heard back from Ken with an estimate.

Kenny and Tim are the best. They respond immediately to calls for service, if they are running late they call to tell you so. Tim did a perfect job on installing the new switches that I required and even shared information about how I could improve other electrical devices around my house. An exterior ground outlet in my courtyard died just before we were due to leave for several weeks. That outlet runs a large fountain and the filter for it's pond. We were going to have a big problem with the pond going stagnant if we could not get the outlet replaced. Electrical Solutions was able to fit us in on short notice, fixed the problem and all was well. I plan to use them to replace other exterior outlets as well as upgrade exterior spot lights. A few days after the work was completed Kenny called to follow up to make sure that everything was working - when does that ever happen? Professional, efficient, reliable and reasonably priced -- these are the electricians that you want working for you.

Written on behalf of my parents, who don't have a computer: What happened to my parents happens to all of us: in the process of unscrewing that dead ceiling light bulb for replacement, the end snaps off in the socket. During a recent visit to their home, I googled some do-it-yourself suggestions for removing the stuck end and contemplated the risk of electrocution associated with each one. Both Mom and Dad insisted that no solution was worth bodily injury and we should call an electrician. Calling an electrician to change a light bulb was against my sensibilities, but as we walked through the house, my mother pointed out other issues -- some switches that didn't work, a broken ceiling fixture, cathedral ceiling lights with dodgy wiring -- a long laundry list of small electrical problems that had gradually accrued over the course of my parents' 25 years in the home. Time to find an electrician. Through Angie's List, I found two: the team of Kenny and Tim. Mom called them on a Thursday afternoon, and asked if they could possibly come on Friday or Monday. Kenny asked specific questions about what was needed, said they would do their very best to work us in with some existing appointments and would call to confirm timing. As promised, Kenny called Friday morning and arrived shortly thereafter with Tim. They listened, patiently going through the house to diagnose each issue and methodically performing repairs. They were very careful and precise. They made suggestions to avoid unnecessary repairs and cost -- for example, indicating that a problem was cosmetic but not a safety issue. When they needed an additional part, they made arrangements to return later that day, even accommodating their schedule to my mother's afternoon doctor's appointment. Tim returned, completed the remaining work and presented a very reasonable bill, especially considering all their travels and additional efforts. In a day and age when some service people might take advantage of elderly customers, they went out of their way to help my parents. In other words, they were ethical and kind. I'm home now -- about 400 miles away from my parents in Savannah. If they have future electrical problems in the house, I'm glad that they now know an upstanding and competent service team who can help. And my parents want you to know that you can trust Kenny and Tim to take great care of you, too.
