Excellent! My two bathrooms were a total remodel. I had the design and Charles's team carried it out perfectly. I was very comfortable with all of his team in my home. They were very respectful of our time and space. I would recommend Charles's team to do any remodel that you may have.

Work was clean and efficient. Everyone was very nice and kindly helped me with a few things not related to the job and very helpful to a senior citizen.

EBI Services Inc. did an excellent job. Well, all the workers and everybody were very friendly and very helpful to me and they just did an excellent job. The workmanship was good. What wasn't good, what needed for them to come back and be fixed, they came back with no problem.

Charles was doing his own project at his home, so was not present for the much of the work Felt he was more interested in getting paid so he could cover his expenses for his own home remodel. He worked on the old storm windows while at his home, quality was o.k. (not great) VERY sloppy on the glazing. The windows were not primed on the trim so when I had the house pressure washed a year later, the paint came off. The paint job was messy on the double-hung windows, should have been cleaned up with a razor. They were in a hurry and irritated with the install of the storm windows (was not easy). So the windows went up and in with lots of dirt on the bottom since they were not careful - there is a planter where they had them touching. It's a dirty mess to anyone coming to my front door or when I look out the window. One of his workers did sub-par work, was condescending/argumentative and lazy. This worker put the lattice back up incorrectly (did not number the pieces, which would have made it easier). It was not put back together the way it started. The first time I used Charles, everything was great - that is why I wanted to use them again. This time was different and have hired others since then for any work needing to be done.

He and his people showed up when they said they would, started the job and finished in a very short time. I ma pleased with him and I am using him again.

This was my first project with him. It went well. It was completed in a timely manner and payment was collected when done. I was extremely satisfied. However, I've tried to get him to do additional projects. Some he has quoted and I have not done due to cost. One I asked him to do but never called back. I've asked for quotes on several projects and he promised to call back but never did. I've given up on using him. I have to say, if he does work for you, he's very good. He must be very busy though.

EBI Services looked at what I needed. He gave me a price. He called in advance to tell me he was going to be late. He came when he said and brought an actual plumber with him to help out. He did a very good job and only charged me what he initially said he would.

He said he would get back to me the following week with an estimate (after the Jul 4 weekend). I did not hear from him so I called him on July 15. Said he would get the estimate to me. I called again on July 26 since I still had no estimates. Said he would bring it by that afternoon or first thing the next morning. It's now Aug 8 and I still have nothing. I definitely would not recommend him.

They finished in one day and put everything back as it was. They made everything better.

Charles always does as great job! EBI provides a multitude of home services. I have used this company many times over the last 2 years and have also recommended him to my neighbor. Charles is dependable, efficient and gets the job done at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for!
