Description of Work: Amazing! I am a first time home buyer and was nervous about a lot of things. Scott took his time and explained each step. He explained what he was looking for and why. He took time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like an inconvenience. The price was just right. I received the inspection report the same day. Very thorough.

Scott Beasley provided an extremely thorough, professional home inspection. He was punctual and detailed. As a first time homebuyer I felt so afraid of purchasing an older property and knew nothing about home repairs. Scott knows a lot about a lot. From wood rot, to spliced wires, he will make sure your new home is ready to move into with no surprises. Oh, and did I mention he e-mailed me and my real estate agent the inspection report with beautiful pictures that same night. You might pay $40.00 more than the average home inspector, but just remember you are getting an excellent home inspection! Highly recommended!
