Description of Work: I presented a 10 year-old Dell Dimension 8400 that refused to power up. Brian diagnosed a blown motherboard. Digital Docs transferred data from that hard drive onto an external hard drive. I could not be more pleased with their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism.

+ -1 moreHe checked everything thoroughly. He gave me a same day appointment. He said it would take about an hour. He called me in about 45 minutes and told me what he found and what he did. The price he gave me was very reasonable. I picked up my lap top, and the CD/DVD player has worked wonderfully ever since. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend Digital Doc for computer/lap top repairs.
Description of Work: He replaced the CD/DVD player in my MacBook Pro which was not working, with a refurbished one.

+ -1 moreI took my computer in because it wouldn't charge. The gentleman quickly diagnosed the problem and sent me to a big box store to get the fix. He refused to take any payment for the diagnostic, was very pleasant and timely.
