Dependable Plumbing

Called and scheduled for visit at earliest available date, which was in the following week. Two personnel arrived as scheduled, spent about 2-3 minutes looking at my shower drain and advised they could not fix it. Spent another 15-20 minutes telling me how I could try to fix it myself. For this I was billed $75, which I'm reluctantly paying.

Stayed until the job was done and never had any leaks or issues.

We had used Dependable Plumbing a few years ago to replace the fixtures in our tub/shower and called them for this job. We had a very old porcelain cast iron sink and wooden vanity with formica top that had been put in about 45 years previous. We purchased a new vanity, sink and faucet and called Dependable to put it in. Their $200 charge to rip out the old and install the new included new water lines, drain line and all caulking. My wife was very pleased with the result.

They were at the house the day after I called and located the leak in the pipe under the cement slab. They went through the hardwood flooring and the cement slab locating the leaking pipe. The section of pipe that had the small hole in it was removed and replaced. The hole was then filled back in with dirt and sealed with concrete. I had to wait a couple of weeks to allow the concrete to completely dry before a flooring company could put down the hardwood flooring.

My experience with Dependable Plumbing went very good. I've used them for years. They try very hard to meet emergencies. They get here as quick as they possibly can. And if they can't get here, then they have a partner plumbing company that they will use to see if they can come. So, they're really good at making sure they get you some help.

Work was completed andI would definitely call the company the next time I have need of plumbing service.
