+ 0 moreDue to their lack of professionality, and inability in working with the customer, they walked away from the job, without any discussion.
Description of Work: Upon receiving a quote from DL Garlett, their estimate's value continue to increase. So, their initial estimate was suspect, or not thought out well. When questioned on the increasing dollar amount of the estimate, they felt they were not meeting my expectations (is it too much to ask to meet their estimate??) and walked away from the job. This was after weeks of working with DL Garlett on the final design. I feel they were unprofessional in theor estimate preperation, and how they treat a customer.

+ -1 moreI got a quote from them. I recently got another quote. They were the lower of the two. I would be getting the work done from my brother-in-law. They were very nice and professional. He gave me a descent quote I think. I would use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used D L Garletts Land Management to get an estimate probably four months ago.

+ 0 moreMike Neal responded to my request for a survey for an irrigation system for our home. He was very professional over the phone and I had the impression that he had a great deal of experience doing irrigation systems. I was unable to meet him at my home for the initial survey so he took it upon himself to go out to the house, measure, write-up a quote and email it to me in 24 hours. After look at a few more companies in the area, both my husband and I decided that he was the most professional and offered the best price. He could also start in a few days as opposed to the 3 weeks all the competition in town kept quoting me. He also came out prior to the installation to show us exactly how the system would be laid out and covered some of the basics about irrigation systems. Two days later, we had a team working on our yard and about 6 hours later, we had our system installed! Mike came right out within an hour of the completion and went over in detail how the system worked and gave us tips on how often to water. Definately a great experience for us. Extremely easy to work with. Two thumbs up!!
Description of Work: Irrigation System installation; Front and Back yard of home. (0.75 acres); Control box installed inside garage.
