They worked very hard to make sure it was done the way I wanted it..

Mr. Cothren and his team did a great job. You could tell they really take pride in their work. They painted a home we were renting during the span we were making our cross-country move. He accommodated our schedule and fit the work in such that the house was ready when we arrived. He even did a bit extra over what we had contract for for the same price.

I called after having a bad experience with another painter. Mr. Tom and John Cothren called back promptly, said they would look at the situation and evaluate. They arrived when promised, assessed the situation and assured us they could repair and repaint this room. It now looks amazing! I would refer these folks to anyone and definitely will use them in the future.

Once again, Mr. Tom and his crew do beautiful work for reasonable prices. They performed mold remediation plus painting of two bathrooms.

Even though it has been awhile since I've had the pleasure of working with Tommy or John Cothren, I remember well how they were always able to somehow fit me in when I had work that needed to be done. In addition to having an excellent work ethic, the work they do is always good, and their price is always fair. Among other things, the Cothren brothers have done extensive interior painting for me, hung drywall, repaired rotten wood under a kitchen sink (an and quot;emergencyand quot; situation), and laid laminate wooden flooring in a small playroom area. I never worried when they were in my home as I knew I could trust them, and I would still be using them if it had not been for the unfortunate, much regretted interference of my ex son-in-law--someone who never seemed to be pleased with anyone's work but his own. The Cothren brothers were originally introduced to me by J. T. Turner, and they always send the best. I highly recommend Tommy and John Cothren and the work they do.

Thomas and his crew did a great job! They use good quality paint, and were very fair. I liked that he broke down the estimate into rooms so I knew exactly what we were paying for each room. He gave me 4 references and each one I talked to also gave him rave reviews. They were good and quick too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall it could have gone better. This type of work requires a high level of skill and experience for finishing work which in my observation was somewhat lacking, not to mention taking short cuts and being in a hurry. When a subcontractor wants to install the baseboards when the paint on the walls is still wet, that is unacceptable. The actual installation of the sheetrock and attic access ladder and reframing of the attic access hole went well. The distribution of the flex on the floor was applied uneven and bunched up. After the fact I was told and quot;they make machines for thatand quot; and and quot;we don't do this too oftenand quot;. I was led to believe they do this on a routine basis.

When a tree fell on our house a few weeks ago we searched for someone to do the repair work, we found Tom Cothren and we are very happy we did. Tom, John and the crew were professional, timely and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing painting or small home repairs done
