Perfectly; in time & budget. Took care getting old heaters out and new in the attic. Cleaned up and left it better than he found it. Paid more than others but it was worth it for the piece of mind it was going to be done right.

Water leak found and water pipe repaired. Found Mr. Conley and associate to be very efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.

I spoke to Joe on Monday and asked if he could come and install a kitchen sink faucet on Wednesday morning. He agreed and gave me an estimated price and said he could come before lunchtime on Wednesday. I stayed home from work Wednesday to wait for him. At ten o'clock I needed to run an errand and called him to make sure I would not miss him. He had obviously forgotten all about our appointment. First he claimed an emergency had come up and then he said he had mixed me up with another job and thought he had already completed mine. And instead of saying he'd come right over, he said he could not come after all. So unless you have unlimited time and it doesn't matter to you when your plumbing job gets done, I would not call him.

Joe was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest and fast. He even ended up coming in lower than his quote because it wasn't as difficult as originally expected. He has worked on our house twice so far and done an outstanding job both times. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe for any plumbing jobs.

He arrived on time, moved appliance, had proper equipment and supplies with him, capped gas line in a few short minutes. Worked at a high professional leve!

It went exceptionally well. This was a very difficult attic removal and installation. They possessed the experience, knowledge base and skills to do the task flawlessly. An excellent job with a prompt response. I was kept informed and they performed to the schedule.

The water heater in the house was still operational without leaks, but was original to the home (1985). Fearing a massive failure (unit was installed in the attic space) it was decided to replace the unit with a new one. Several word of mouth reviews from friends on the island led me to Joe Conley plumbing. He came to the house the same day I called, inspected the job, and another master plumber and helper arrived on the date and time requested with a new unit. They spread protective drop cloths all the way up the stairs and anywhere that could have been damaged by water leaking from the old unit. (Impressive!) Out with the old and in with the new, a new heater, drain pan, valves, and gas line were installed. Also, since the old overflow valve just emptied into the drain pan, I was informed that this was not up to code and would require a drain line to be installed to the exterior of the house. They made sure to put it behind a small building alcove, essentially hiding it from view. After and quot;a whole lot of sweatin goin onand quot; (really hot work in the attic space, even in April), the job was complete and checked for correct operation. Since they installed a high efficiency unit, my gas bills for heating water should be less. Great work, and you would never know that they were there. I plan on remodeling a bath soon and will definitely use Conley plumbing for the work.

He was prompt, and courteous. He gave good direction and helped us out a lot.

Joe did a great job. I have used in the past and will gladly use him in the future.

I called Conley's Plumbing Service to have them install a new faucet in our laundry room sink. They told me they could be out that afternoon. They then called back an hour later and told me they could be out right away. Two employees came out(they removed their shoes before entering my house) and went right to work. They were courteous, professional and friendly. The did an exdcellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Conley's Plumbing again.
