Computer Solutions

During a sever thunder storm my ISP modem and computer were knocked off line. The ISP was unable to get the modem and computer back online. However when I called Joel (Computer Solutions) he set an appointment to come out to the house. I was really surprised when he set the appointment for around 6 P.M. on the same day. He actually arrived a little earlier than I thought he would. Joel was friendly and very respectful of my wife and I. As soon as I told him we couldn't get the computer connected to the internet he knew exactly what was wrong. In less than 20 minutes he had my computer connected to the internet. In addition I had him do a couple of extra things for me and he didn't charge any extra. I highly recommend Joel and Computer Services for their professionalism and technical skills. Would I use them again? You bet. Ken

I took my computer to Computer Solutions to have several problems looked at. The first problem (a bad video card) was quickly fixed. The second problem, involving the RAM, took a little longer to resolve than I would have liked. I discussed my concerns with Joel, the owner, and he took immediate steps to streamline customer service and minimize delays. He also offered me a refund. I found his genuine concern for customer satisfaction refreshing.

We took the computer into the repair shop. The receptionist had us fill out forms, and then we waited for at least 10 minutes while she processed them and took our $40 deposit for the repair analysis. My only complaint is that she could not tell us how long the work would take. She said there were 3-4 jobs ahead of ours. I called after 2 days, and every day thereafter for a week. The repair was done in a week, and the tech gave me some helpful info on surge protectors and backup systems when I picked up the computer. We have had no problems turning it on since the repair.

EXCELLENT - I was impressed with the three staff I meet, the friendliness, professionalism, service and price. I also checked the BBB of Savannah. Computer Solutions of Savannah are members of the BBB. They have one bad post from 2008. All other reviews are Excellent. I highly recommend Computer Solutions. I am not one easily impressed. I believe in checking the BBB and customer reviews.
