Description of Work: I built in 2004. The heating/air ducting were very poorly installed when the house was built. (Not by comfort air) (Told this by multiple heating/air companies) After multiple fixes over the 7 years that I owned the home, comfort air came to my home and "fixed" my problems 3 times. This past year(2011) I determined I was moving and that the heating/air needed to be fixed correctly. I once again called comfort air and they sold me $3,200 worth of work. In this they were to replace the air handler and any ducting that needed reworking. They did this but when they installed the ducting that left the air handler to the return line they cut the pre existing straps that held the line off of the ground. The ducting was then hanging of its own free weight. I identified this as odd to the installer and he said it was " fine, no problem.". Well six months later the ducting began to sag and has now broken open and needs repair. They refused to fix it and want more money. Stay away!

Description of Work: I placed a call to Climatech Air on wednesday april 27 the sales rep Rudy Mesorio came right out,during his inspection in my attic he took a few pictures of my duct work and it was .very very bad when he came back down his reply was my wife and I were lucky I did understand during the cold winter we had the carbon monoxide had reached down into the house we would have passed on in our sleep because of the cracked and leaking ducts work then he showed me the heating unit in the hall closet the fan motor on the blower was rusted out,we were luckey.after talking about new heating cooling and new duct work and the size unit I would need I was sold.they started the next day and finished on friday .the crew two guys that really know there job,on time did not leave a mess just true professional's.
