 + -1 moreIt took a bit of time to get the right responder via their phone response system which is ponderous and lengthy. I actually was cut off at one point and had to call back but this time, I had the right numbers to punch, to bypass crap. Once the techie got with me, he lead me through the steps to correct the problem. I was able to get back online and haven't had any issues since. I had to make up the date of service as I cannot recall when this occurred. My main complaint, beyond the phone game, is the cost for the TV services - just like Direct and DSH, one MUST subscribe to an upper tier and spend more money just to get that one or two channels left out of the lower cost choices. But that's not an Internet issue - just wanted to vent.
Description of Work: Did some troubleshooting via phone regarding xfinity modem. Also, tried to help wih setting up phone voicemail but that didn't work. Several days later, I was able to resolve this by following earlier instructions that didn't work initially.
