The original visit and installation went well with the push of customer service and we are here to handle your needs. We had a whole set of similar windows to the ones we covered on another level that they where looking at getting ahold of if we decided to go that way. The film was installed but the performance was less than satisfactory. The windows are still very hot in the afternoon sun and the amount of heat in the room has not changed one bit. I called to let them know that the film is not working as I had hoped or as they had forecast. I was informed that their testing equipment was out and they would call back when it returned. Never called back. I let numerous messages with Dennis Fusco who is the primary guy and he refuses to return my phone calls. I called the office and they said Dennis is the only guy that could help. This company is terrible. They promise everything up front until they get the money. Then it is GOODBYE. The office personnel told me that they could not do anything about it without Dennis's involvement. I called to threaten a call to the home office to move him and that did no good. And the 3M company did not help any either. STAY AWAY FROM COASTAL COMPANIES 3M FILM. They have the poorest follow up service that I have ever come across. THE PRODUCT DID NOT PERFORM AND THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND IT.

This was part of reducing the AC costs and fact that after noon the whole front of the house heats up from the sun. Three of the "dormer" windows on second floor let in heat you can feel. After researching I choose a high heat reduction tint highly rated. After reading numerous disasters and realizing I didn't have the time or patience to screw up expensive tint, I called this company. They were professional, the crew was on time, in uniforms, carried visible identifications, cleaned up and installed the tint. After watching them it is worth the extra price to have it done right and backed by a warranty. You can't see in the house during day and it is a little darker than I thought but now the areas that use to get hot, don't and my AC actually works less, saving me money.
