Coastal exceeded my expectations in every way. I had dead or dying trees near power lines that the utility companies wouldn't touch, plus my home hadn't had a decent tree trim in 10 yrs. I was terrified at what this would cost me. But, I hit the bullet & called Coastal based on good ratings here on angies list. Those ratings were well deserved! They were efficient, safe, reasonably priced, and I can't say enough about their customer service--so responsive and professional, even when neighbors began making requests that were beyond what we had negotiated. Coastal accommodated these as box requests and even removed some landscaping debris i had generated prior to their arrival. I 'll likely have them back out in the spring when the canopy fills in...

I could not have been pleased more! They were punctual and professional. All the work was completed very methodical to make sure the tree was not damaged and would strive to keep living another 100 years. The power to the house did not have to be shut off as other companies explained and they did not use a large bucket truck, as other companies use, that would damage your driveways, sidewalk or yard. They cleaned all debris after the completion. It was like they never had been at my house. I found them online and researched all I could find about them and their reputation. They are the real deal and the pricing nobody could match with the service I recieved. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.
