I initially contacted this company in early October about turning a small room into a walk in closet/dressing room. Pamela came to the house and measured everything and discussed the options. She was very organized and professional and we set up an appointment for the following week at the showroom so that Jeff (the owner of the company) could show me the design and discuss details and price. A few days later, Pam contacted me and said that we would have to reschedule the meeting, because Jeff was "too busy" planning a closet convention to input the information on my project into the computer. The appointment was delayed for another week. On the appointed day, I went to the showroom. I arrived about five minutes before the 10:00am appointment time. The door was locked and a "closed" sign was up. Jeff was sitting in his vehicle and when he saw me try the door, he asked if I needed to go in...I said that I had an appointment. He acted all flustered and asked my name. He got out of his vehicle and got his dog out of the vehicle and apologized to THE DOG for cancelling their plans, then came and unlocked the door and let me go in. We went over my paperwork and I agreed to everything, was told that it would take about three weeks and that they would probably have it installed before Thanksgiving. I paid the deposit and left. I didn't hear from them and the week after Thanksgiving I texted Pam and asked what was going on. She texted me back and said that she had a call in to the factory and either she or Jeff would call me back when they knew something. Eventually, someone else called me and said they would install the closet on December 17th at 10:00am. Two more weeks of waiting. No apology or explanation. On the morning of December 17th, I moved some things out of the room, opened up the curtains and waited. No one showed up at 10:00am and no one called. I texted Pam and asked her what was going on. I later found out that Pam was no longer working there. I moved everything back where it was, and closed up the curtains. At NOON, someone rang the doorbell...it was the installer for the closet. To his credit, he did apologize but still no real explanation of what exactly the problem was...he proceeded to install part of the closet, but did not have the drawers for the island. He was supposed to call me when the drawers were ready. I ended up having to call myself and eventually the installer came back to put in the drawers...by this time, we are into January on a project that was supposed to be completed within about three weeks. The drawers were installed, HOWEVER, the top two drawers were the wrong size. At this point, I was so tired of all the hassles and delays so I said I would live with it. The installer said that he would see if he could get some jewelry drawer inserts for me for free to make up for all the problems. I said fine, whatever. He was supposed to call me two days later, but never did. Jeff emailed me a week or so later and said they were coming back to change the drawers, which they did and I went out and bought my own drawer inserts from Bed Bath and Beyond. I had asked the installer about paying the balance of what I owed and he said someone would call me. I didn't hear from anyone, so ended up calling Jeff to see if he was going to send me a bill or what. He informed me that they had already run the balance through on the credit card that I had used when I paid the deposit. I think they should have checked with me before doing that...also, the final amount was not supposed to be paid until all the work had been done to my satisfaction. They did not check with me to see if the work had been done to my satisfaction or not, before they ran through the entire remaining amount I owed. At this point, I was just so tired of all the problems and wanted to be done with it.

It went beautifully from start to finish. The owner came out and measured everything and knew exactly what we had in mind. In three weeks, the wall unit was installed and it looks just wonderful! We are very pleased with this work. This company has installed shelves in two of our closets and we were impressed at that time. This recent job blew us away.

It was truly a pleasant experience from talking with Pamela Bronderman Jeff's designer. She was able to give me great tips on what I can envision our new home walk in closet to be like. The installation was completed by a wonderful efficient carpenter Rio. There was a mix up with the wardrobe glass door and Jeff have been helpful with completion of this. I would most highly recommend them for your closet renovation and plan to use them for my daughter's new home next year

It went beautifully. From our first walk-in conversation with owner Jeff Klein to the immediate installation by a truly wonderful carpenter (Rico),we were so pleased by the professional and personal treatment we received. We have also had them install shelves in two of our closets and a built-in ironing board in our bedroom and every job is done swiftly and with absolutely no problems.
