This company started out very prompt and helpful. They came out and gave us an estimate quickly and were able to Get the work done in a timely manner so we were more than happy to pay them accordingly. We then were notified by the buyers that they had not fixed the whole affected area and there was still an active leak. We asked them to go out to reassess which Chris was nice enough to do, after that he told us his repairs were in fact complete and that that was just pre-existing damage. This was not the case and after this incident & the assessment we could no longer get a hold of Chris or get responses from the company, so we have had to pay another contractor to come fix the outlying issue. I hate to write this because up to that point Chris and his team were awesome and super responsive in a very busy season. I’m not sure what exactly happened but I felt I needed to share my experience.

Chris was hired to fix another roofer's leak. He did a good job at a fair price, but when the roof slope was not enough, he recommended fixing it right with a different type of product. He showed up on time, gave us several options, then scheduled the work at a time convenient to both of us. The work was completed on schedule and after the recent downpour, called to see if the roof had held up! Lesson learned - hire someone who knows what he's doing!
