Mike moved the furniture and put down a spray before what looked like a floor waxer for carpets. He described how it was environmentally friendly and pet/ child safe. It got my carpets nice and clean, and took no time to dry. The smell was a little strong, but it dissipated quickly. We ended up getting a carpet shampooer because of frequent spills, but if I had not I would definitely use them again.

The experience is nothing less than what was expected. I have used Chem Dry in the past and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Mike is very friendly and professional. He truly knows his job, he is fast and efficient. He will also give you tips on how to keep stains from remaining on the carpet as well as other tips. The carpets and rugs look like new! My husband came home and was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend them.

It was excellent and outstanding. We like them very much. They're just really a step above most of the companies. They came out actually to check the job. They do clean up behind themselves. I would use them again and I would recommend them to a good friend or a family member and I have done so. The work was first-class. It was better than expected. The sealant they put on the grout has held up better than I would have expected. We're real pleased altogether. As for the price, I think they were fair. For the quality of work, they weren't the cheapest but the job they did was I think better than most. I don't think it was overpriced either. They came promptly. We didn't wait an eternity for them to come. They showed up when they were supposed to.

Chem-Dry of Savannah were perfect! Their service was above and beyond. The tech came to look at the rug beforehand and decided to take the rug to the shop. The owner called twice to check in with us during the work. The stains came out completely and you can't even tell. The owner was very helpful from start to finish.

Timely, courteous service at a good price.

Overall I was quite satisfied with Chem-Dry. The cleaners showed up about 35 minutes late for a 9am appointment, however they did call around 8:30 am to let me know they were running 15-20 minutes late.Two gentlemen showed up, apologized for being late, and got right to work. They first talked with me to determine exactly what I wanted to have cleaned and answered a few questions that I had. The confirmed the price and then proceeded to clean the carpets. I was very happy with the service, the courtesy of the technicians, and the final results. Total time was about 1 hour and 10 minutes, and I was billed as quoted.

They were reasonable. I chose them because they said that they can put in as guarantee to remove just about any stain. We had a whole lot of pet stains. They came and removed the pet stains. They were cheaper. It wasn’t completely dry cleaning, but they don’t soak it like other companies do. So it was going to be quicker time for my animals to get back in.

This company should not have a business license let alone a francise. They did the worst job possible left the carpets dirty and didn't clean underneath a bedframe (the mattress were gone) when asked to reclean the carpets they said it was the best they could do. The carpet was wet so I took a towel in and mopped up the water and the towel is totally black. when I showed it to the men they said it was the best they could do. They were told they would not get paid if the job was not satifactory and they just left didn't even try to clean anymore. I have pictures of it that will just blow your mind. If anyone hires this company you are a fool. What a shame to take a 89 year old lady.
