After over 2 years, we had all but given up on finding that special Realtor who could provide the knowledge and professionalism we sought in the high-end Historic housing market of Savannah. It went VERY well. We met Chelsea by chance, while wondering through a transitional neighborhood downtown Savannah. The encounter truly changed the trajectory of our home search experience. My wife and our two young children were relocating from the Northeast, and we were very unfamiliar with Savannah. Prior to us make the big move Chelsea was able to find us a rental property (from one of her previous happy customers) that allowed us the flexibility of renting month-to-month while we familiarized ourselves with the city, and searched for our dream home. Chelsea must have shown us at least 20 homes, and often times late at night or on the weekend when my work schedule would permit. Chelsea's ensemble of professional, including Melody Norwood, and Nathan Snyder, were like a dream team. Melody provided excellent customer service and accessibility, and Nathan leveraged his expertise as a contractor to help assess structural values, and ultimately to negotiate seller repairs prior to closing on our home. Chelsea is the best! She really cares. We came to Savannah with little to no knowledge of the market and she very patiently made sure we understood local inventory. Most importantly, she made sure she understood what we we wanted (even though we were sometimes all over the place.) We ended up having a crazy sale process that was long and arduous. Chelsea persevered and made sure to protect us throughout. I think we will keep looking at houses just to keep hanging out with her. ;->

Simply the best! How else could I describe Chelsea Phillips and her team (Melody and Nathan)? We were tired of the cold northern winters and ready to take the first step towards planning our retirement. Chelsea and her team were incredibly knowledgeable of the many different areas of Savannah, and were so patient with us throughout our search. With their help we were able to find and purchase a house well within our price range, in the neighborhood we wanted, and that met all of our criteria.

My wife and I approached Chelsea to buy our first home with zero experience in the process--Chelsea and Melody (her right-hand assistant) made it very clear from day one that they were determined to help us in every way possible. While we were away, I found out that Chelsea was helping out folks and letting them know the status of their properties--she was actually driving around to her friends and clients and taking photos to send to them and calm their nerves! I received a text message all the way up in NW Georgia that gave me the assurance I needed: Chelsea had driven by and taken a half a dozen or so pics of our place so we'd feel more at ease. How many realtors would do that? Not very many. At any rate, we could not recommend Chelsea MORE as a realtor or as a community advocate. She clearly loves Savannah, its properties and its inhabitants; we are very happy to know her and to have been able to work with her. We love our house but we know that if we wind up needing to re-locate, we will certainly call Chelsea Phillips

Chelsea Phillips should be the first and only call when choosing a realtor in Savannah. I am sure the others are great, but go with the best - Chelsea. We had very complicated needs for our home purchase. We wanted a Victorian style house downtown, configurable for rental income, eligible for a VA loan, and we wanted it for way less than it was worth. We even considered ourselves nightmare clients. Instead of giving us a reality check, SHE DELIVERED! Within a few weeks, she had found the house that we didn't even know we wanted. When we were ready to give in and just take offer the asking price, she held firm and helped us negotiate an incredible deal, saving us tens of thousands of dollars. Chelsea and her assistant Melody worked around the clock to guide us through the paperwork and get us to an easy closing. If house hunting, let her show you the town because I guarantee she knows it better than anyone. If selling, take her advice on preparation and pricing, and she will surprise you with the results.
