+ 0 moreI have never felt more stressed after a rain then I have after the work that was done installing a french drain. We are currently on a waitlist for a larger company, but it will still be a few weeks. We had a french drain installed in July after some water had backed up too our home causing some flooding. We had thought this would solve it, but instead the system that was installed actually caused more water to come to the house. Over 1K spent for a solution to a problem just made it worse. When we had complained about it, the fix made the original problem worse again and backed up onto our porch after that next rain. We have a temporary solution that another company was able to help us with until they come out. But instead of having integrity to fix the problem, we had gravel dropped off with no further communication. Run from this company, unless you want a worse problem than your original one.
