Champion Pools

After going against my own gut feeling and going with a pool company I had been dealing with, we went with my husband's choice instead. Already regretting the decision. We needed a pool liner replaced and I interviewed 3 companies. My husband felt that Max from Champion Pools knew his stuff and felt confident that he would do a good job. We were told that the pool liner could take about 2 weeks to come in after it was ordered. After waiting 5 weeks, he finally came and started work on our pool. What we were told would be a one day job, turned into three, and the process was nothing like the plan he had explained to my husband. I didn't so much care about the time involved in getting it done as long as it was done right. He finished the pool, left all the trash from the job outside the yard fence and was gone. I tried to turn on the Polaris to clean the pool and water began shooting out from behind the gasket and in turn behind the wall of the pool. I'm not a mechanic or pool specialist, but I don't think that's good. I was told by my pool maintenance man that Champion Pools has had many complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (shame on me for not checking there first) and he'd never come back out to repair any problems. Yep, he was right. Now we're into June with 2 small children begging every day to get into the pool. Still waiting to hear from Max!
