Cat Tree Service

This was the third time I used CAT and like the others the job was done professionally and at a fair cost. Chuck Tuscano and his crew take great care in what they do from tree removal to clean up. I would highly recommend CAT for any tree service needs you may have.

Chuck and his crew showed up on time and did a superb job of completing the work promptly and professionally. They have all the necessary equipment and it is in good shape. Our yard was left in excellent shape when they finished. Chuck clearly takes pride in the work he and his crew do. I may have been able to save a few dollars by hiring someone else, but I believe in paying for quality. Cat Tree Service is the best. I've used them before, and I'll use them again.

As always, a great job-no surprises. This is a very professional and motivated team.

Made the appointment on time and came when he said he would. These guys are awesome! Professional, courteous, skilled, efficient and super clean. They where amazing from start to finish couldn't ask for any better they went above and beyond. Not only did they remove trees and stumps but they gave me my yard back by leveling it out and just doing more then they needed to. Will only use them in the future.

CAT Tree Service is great. They did a beautiful job taking off the limbs hanging over the house while maintaining the proper shape and health of the trees. There were 5 men in the crew. They all knew what they were doing and worked as a team. They came with the right equipment to get the job done. They removed all the debris and cleaned up everything before they left. No drama. They showed up on time and worked steadily until the job was done--in this case it took a day and a half. It was a great experience and I would recommend them unconditionally.

Great. These trees were very close to my house and very tall. They showed up on time and completed the work in on day. My yard was clear and clean when they left. Great experience at a great price.

They arrived on time. They removed and trimmed the trees without incident. The owner and his employees were very professional. They paid great attention to details, they did the work that they quoted at the price they quoted. They took great pains to avoid collateral damage to other vegetation and trees in my yard. They were prompt on returning all phone calls, came out and gave a detailed estimate with options. After confirming the date with Ga power to remove service during the work, they arrived on time, the team did a great job and were all very professional. They don't use a chipper, which made the job a lot quieter. they cleaned up with a bob cat and took out everything they cut down and even pulled out some dead roots with it. Excellent job!

Charles saved me hundreds of dollars on a tree trimming job when he talked to the neighbor and me, giving an estimate of the cost. The neighbor agreed to pay half the cost, thanks to Charles professional manner and insights into such property line situations. I also appreciated Charles' timely response to my phone call and coming to the house when he said he would.

Chuck was fantastic. Honest, trustworthy, and professional. The work was completed while we were on vacation and he refused payment we had left with a friend because he wanted to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the work. Our 100+ year old oak tree has never looked better!

Great. Originally, only one tree was to be removed. However, in the past week it became obvious that the other two were not going to make it. I forgot to call and let CAT know in advance about the additional work, but they kindly managed to get all three out the same day.

My experience with them was excellent. It was a good price for what they did. He was very professional and non-intrusive to my yard. He cleaned up and it looked like they hadn't even been here.

After I had called them, the manager came to the house and gave me a price for the service. He was professional in appearance and attitude. At that time I made an appointment for the work to be done. The manager and the workers were on time for the scheduled work and got right to it. Enough workers came that the work was completed in under two hours. When they left, there was no sign that they had ever been there... which was great. They removed every last limb, stick, and leaf. They swept up, picked up, and hauled off everything. It is also great that they are insured and have workers comp. So, there are no worries that if something does go sideways that you the homeowner would be left being responsible. I would definitely use them again.

Cat tree came out and gave me a price when they said they would. They came to the house and did the work when they said they would. They did more work than what was agreed, and they cleaned up like they hadn't been there. In short Cat Tree did what they said they'd do and more. I cannot recommend them enough. You would be foolish to choose anyone else.

Excellent service , quite satisfied with job done. Arrived at 8:45. Three large trucks, small pickup and trailers. Took a few minutes to look things over and speak with me. Advised me to move car to street in case I needed to go somewhere which I did. Then got right to work. Bartlett Pear was down and cleaned up except for the stump grinding within 30 mins. The rest of the day was spent on the trimming of one tree and removal of the large oak. Stumps were ground down and everything cleaned up. Good crew, respectful of property and took care not to create any collateral damage Job was done about 3:00, just before it stormed.

The service went very well. They did a very good job. The workers were very prompt. He did what he quoted. He was accurate in his quote. He did a good job, fast, and it was a good price.

Very professional, kept schedule, gave us a tight window which we appreciated, price very fair. Did the work efficiently and well, cleaned up immaculately. Chuck and his team arrived on time, with all the equipment they would need for this large job. They started to work immediately and continued through the day with only a brief break for lunch. The tree they worked on is situated very near to the house and is quite enormous. They took every precaution while cutting and dropping limbs, from the smallest branch to several that were almost three feet in diameter. They work as an orchestrated team, and it was clear everyone was willing to step in and pick up any part of the job, the boss included. The tree care industry is not an easy one, with each tree being an individual case according to its size, location and type. The commitment to necessary manpower and equipment is substantial, not to mention the knowledge of what to do and how to do it safely. Not only did they clean up thoroughly when the job was done, but they relocated something in the yard that I could not move alone. Tree Cat is extremely professional as well as pleasant. I will be recommending them to all my neighbors. My live oak looks gorgeous and is now much healthier, thanks to Chuck and his team.

As agreed, they left their equipment at our house the night before the work. I was out of town, so the following comments come from my wife's description of their work: The crew arrived promptly Saturday morning at 8:00. They briefly discussed the work to be done with my wife, then went right to work. The crew trimmed the trees as I had agreed with the owner of the business. They modified the palm trimming in accordance with my wife's instructions. During the work, a bad thunderstorm occurred, so they stopped and waited it out. After the worst of it passed, they went right back to work. After the cutting was finished, they did a superb job of cleaning the yard. The large volume of trimmings was moved to the side yard where it was picked up with a small loader. Then they cleaned up the side yard. I am extremely pleased with Cat Tree Service. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the quality of their work made up for it. I have used two tree services at our home, both of which did a good job. But Cat gets the edge and if their next bid is close, they will definitely get the work. I place a high premium on dependability, honesty, and work quality. Cat provides this. Well done, guys!
