He makes sure that all work is done to your satisfaction and that quality services are performed. My husband and I met Mr. Dossey when we needed small repairs such as roof shingles being replaced. We knew right away that if we ever needed a new roof that he would be contacted. Eventually we ended up needing a new roof and Mr. Dossey and his crew did a excellent job on replacing our old roof. The new one looks fantastic. We have recommended Mr. Dossey/ Brooks Roofing to other people that we know. They have also reported being extremely pleased with the Roofing Services. Description of Work: Brooks Roofing not only met but exceeding my expectations reroofing my house. I have a 20 yr old house whose old roof had well seen its better days. I wanted an architectural style roof with dark shingles. When we "interviewed" Mr. Dossey (the owner), he brought several styles, brands and shades for us to choose from. He was very polite in not wanting to place them on my countertops, so not to scratch them. Out of the 5-6 estimates and interviews we gave, Mr. Dossey was far and away the best choice we could've made. He was on time and his crew was polite and considerate. There was once he had to be away for a few days, but he le us know that upfront and it was no problem. Any questions or requests I had (such as being careful around my newly planted foliage) was met with respect, consideration and an honest answer. My new roof looks amazing! Mr. Dossey has told us IF there are any problems to contact him immediately. After a few monsoon type thunderstorms, I can proudly say there are no leaks, no loose shingles and everything is as it should be. You cannot go wrong hiring this company for your roofing needs. On time, professional, considerate, excellent job.
