The work was done in a professional manner and completed on schedule and for the agreed upon price.

When we got the estimate from Mr. Brannen, we thought it was pretty high. We did some checking around and found it was pretty much in line for what we wanted to do. Once we agreed for Mr. Brannen to do the job, it went quickly. Mr. Brannen has very good people working for him. They arrived on time, or if they had a delay, they called to let us know. They did good work and were pleasant to be around. I saw Mr. Brannen when he came out to work up the estimate, and my husband saw him one other time when he brought the plumbers out. I'm sure if there was a problem with the work he would have come to check on the job, but I was a little suprised that he didn't come out when the job was finished to see what had been done or to check on things a few times while it was being worked on. I guess he felt if we had no problems with the work done, he didn't need to check on anything. However, I was pleasantly surprised that our final bill was a few hundred dollars below the estimate. I've never had that happen before. I would definitely use Brannen Construction Company again.

Steven Brannon, who is the owner, is terrific. They were just wonderful. He is extremely honest. If something wasn't right the first time he will be sure to come back and fix it.
