Very difficult to get an idea of when the technician would visit. When technician did arrive and after a short look see, took part, said it would take 3 days to arrive and took payment for his 5 minute visit. After a week & many unanswered calls, he put in a part and when we next used the washer it leaked, a problem we had not had before. After many years as a good customer, and positive reviewer on this list, I won't be calling Bowen again.

We have been chasing the source of continuing water damage for years. When Travis came out to give us an estimate on replacing our heating and cooling system he saw the problem immediately and explained what he would change to stop the overflow. He gave me two estimates. The first was for the "perfect" solution for our two-story house that would involve new wiring and plumbing to place separate upstairs and downstairs units. He also came up with a plan I could afford that would cool and heat our home and could be installed the same day. I really can't say enough nice things about Bowen. My daughter was exhausted from the heat and from rearranging things to allow the crew access to the upstairs windows. She fell asleep on the sofa. The techs were very careful to enter and exit quietly while she was sleeping. The first thing they did was lay out tarps to protect the carpet. We've been told in the past the utility closet is too small for an adequate system for our home. These guys fixed the problem. Quite a bit of carpentry and some welding went on in my home. There was a lot to do. In addition to having to be uncomfortably cold downstairs for the upstairs to be bearing we've also been dealing with a great deal of noise, especially in our daughter's room. This system is so much quieter. Our daughter commented this morning how wonderful her room is now. She had the best night's sleep in her life.

This business has always done very good work for me over the 13 years I've used them for purchase and repairs. I've found them very reliable and friendly to work with as well. I feel they are a real asset to Savannah and esp the Ardsley Park neighborhood where they are located, glad to have them nearby!

They showed up as schedule and repaired my problem at a reasonable price. I have always been pleased with their service with the exception of one time, when the repairman left water on my floor which caused damage. However, Bowen's compensated me for this problem and did not send this person again.

Everytime I have used them I haven't been disappointed.

They showed up when they said they would, they even called about 30 minutes before arrival so that we could leave work and meet them. They were very professional, very pleasant to deal with and did an outstanding job.

It went well. I like their service and promptness. They came when they told me they would come. A matter of fact, they came twice. The first time was to diagnose it, and the second time was to bring the part. It was excellent dealing with them on a person-to-person basis.

They charge you to come out and look at the problem regardless of if they can fix or not. I do not feel comfortable with that. I was told the problem was with the stove pannel which they are not able to replace, it took about 5 minutes total and I was still charged 85.00. The did fix my fridge at a later date and preformed the work well, but I am not pleased with being charged for looking at a problem.

Arrived less than an hour after initial call. Repair completed in an hour and a half. Had replacement part on his truck. Very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Bowen recently repaired my washer and dryer. I've been pleased with their service, and they are punctual, and efficient. I will continue to call them when I need my appliances repaired.

They've always been very dependable and do a good job. We trust their work.

They are very responsive and reasonably priced. I would also call him versatile. You can call him for a washer but if something else is broken they are willing to take a look at it. They helped us with our heating and air, they aren't HVAC contractors but if you're a thinker you know what's up so once they were there for our washer they also fixed our washer. They are versatile and intelligent.

They checked the heat and air unit and they diagnosed the problem and then they added a capacitor. They showed up when they said they will. They were pretty good. They were confident and responsive to needs.

It was a mixed bag. I called them and they came out the next day. They looked at the refrigerator and told me that it was going to cost more to repair than replace so I felt pretty confident with their critique because the guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain it to me, which was important. The dishwasher had not been running since a different company fixed it. I had it fixed a year earlier and it lasted about a month. I didn't bother dealing with it. He showed me what he thought the problem was and showed me how to fix it if it should happen again. My dishwasher lasted a good two weeks before it broke again. The fix he showed me did not work so I had to buy a new refrigerator and I will have to buy a new dishwasher. They were honest and solved the problems; it was just that the one problem only lasted temporarily. I think it had to do more with the brand and the age of the dishwasher and not the repair. They knew what they were talking about but they couldn't solve my problem with buying new appliances. I would probably use them again.
