Dennis was awesome. Very prompt, professional and courteous. He came out the very next day to seal the bottom of my 20-ish year old fiberglass bathtub that had a divot and crack in it. The work was done in just a couple of hours and looked great. Very knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting the chemical smell to be so strong at first afterwards, but it was gone within 3 days.

Wonderfully! Dennis came out right away and gave us an estimate. Then he came to do the refinishing. It took him all day - he sanded everything down before he painted. He even came back the next day to put the finishing touches on the tub and sink. His work totally brightened up our bathroom. He was on time and extremely professional. I would use his services again and I am planning to on our other bathroom. Great work, Dennis!

He was a great guy, very professional and did an outstanding job! The tub looked like brand new. The only reason I gave it a B for price is because I didn't have any other estimates so I don't know if it was considered a little high.

Very professional, set up and clean up was very minimal and both tubs look fantastic. Provider was very responsive to my phone calls and questions.

Dennis was very professional and punctual. He completed the work in a timely manner. He gave me an estimate prior to seeing the scope of the damage to the tub, but completed the additional repairs for a minimal fee. His work was fantastic! Looks like a brand new tub!

I insisted on giving Dennis something for his time after he graciously offered it at no charge. He is professional, generous, and friendly... just a good businessman who I would highly recommend!

Tub had to be stripped as it was a different color and needed to be down to the original materials prior to refinishing. Shower also had to be stripped prior to refinishing. Work was good and end result is very nice.

Dennis showed up promptly as scheduled. He called the previous day to remind us of the call. He was extremely friendly and professional at all times. Very conscious as to not be messy. He cleaned up after himself and left the area in excellent condition. He left each of us a pen as a gift. I asked him for business cards for referrals and had them ready for me as asked. I would recommend this businessman in the future to anyone who may need this job done. He was also very informative about future cleaning of the tub, and said if there was a problem, he would be happy to return.

Very prompt, estimate correct to final cost. Left area neat and clean. Mr. McCullough is very nice and personable and professional. Tubs look fantastic, like new. Would definitely recommend Bathliners by RHI.

8/30/2003: Dennis did a good job and was attentive with follow-up calls concerning minor repair/touchup. I'll need additional work in the near future and intend to use this company for that work. Recommended! Update: 2/12/15 Needed some additional work done along with some touchup work. Dennis showed up, on time, and got it done. Courteous and trustworthy guy. I recommended him to a friend and he refinished a tub for him. I just checked with the friend--he was happy the work too. Last job I was home and saw some of the work being done. Don't even think about it--this is NOT a do-it-yourself kind of job! I will absolutely call Dennis for any further work I need.

Our nonprofit has utilized Dennis' services several times over the years to provide Safety steps with and without doors in bathtubs of people with disabilities. I have NEVER had a single person call afterwards with anything but the highest praise for Dennis and his work. I receive before and after pictures of every job and we also perform satisfaction surveys with each individual after the work is done. We consistently get rave reviews of both his work and him personally. I have found Dennis to be extremely responsive to requests for quotes and very prompt with getting the work done. His price is more than fair and he is always willing to go the extra mile - even if that means bringing paperwork the consumer hadn't yet mailed that must be in before work can be approved. I've been told by consumers that he is very patient, willing to explain things in ways they can understand. He is also very personable yet professional and a true joy to work with. He also works well with all of our consumers - young, old and in between as well as managers of apartment complexes and landlords of rental houses. He has done work in homes from very old to rather new, single family to apartments. He is very accommodating. Dennis is a combination of everything you want in a contractor - professional yet personable, work ethic beyond reproach, prompt and courteous, a gentleman of highest integrity and reasonably priced. I could not recommend Dennis more highly.

We spoke with Dennis on the telephone, and he knew exactly what we wanted and quoted a price for the work. He called us the day before the work was scheduled, to come by and make sure he knew exactly what was needed for the job. He told us how long it would take and that he would be back the next morning at 9:30. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and proceeded to bring in his equipment. He removed the faucets, the overflow cover, all the jet covers, and all the pushbuttons on the spa tub. He even disabled the electricity to the on switch on the tub. He covered the resulting holes with a mesh and resin, sanded it to blend in, and then repainted the tub with the color we selected. Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

I spoke to Dennis at RHI and he promptly came over that day to give me information and an estimate (all the others took days or weeks to even get an estimate!) Dennis spent 2 days working on both tubs and tiles and was punctual, very neat, helpful, and hard-working - in fact I could not believe how hard he works! The results are beautiful - looks better than we moved in. He also went above and beyond by helping me design and plan the overall bathroom and he had great advice. I am totally happy with the entire process and think Dennis is wonderful - Thanks

Work was amazing and affordable

dennis came by as scheduled to look at work. He gave a price of $125 which was quite reasonable. Work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. He showed up as scheduled and performed the work professionally with impeccable results. I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.

They did really good. I was very happy with them. They did a good job and they did it quickly. Their quote was right on the money and they didn?t budge from their quote. I would use their services in the future too.

I located this company with a Google search for bathtub refinishing. After looking at sites of several companies, I left a phone message for Bathliners by RHI. Dennis returned my call that evening and we set an appointment for him to show us his products and give us an estimate. He was on time for the appointment and after an inspection of the bathroom, gave us an estimate for the refinishing job. He answered every question we could think of. Dennis is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us several references where he has done work, including prominent hotel chains. Dennis does all of the work himself. He was on time for the job and laid a tarp from the door to the bathroom so he wouldn't track dirt through the house. He started with an acid cleaning of the tub and tile walls. This took 2 - 3 hours because he is very thorough. Then he masked the areas which were not to be painted. Next, he brought in an exhaust fan and vent tubing to send the fumes outside while he was painting. The spraying process took a couple of hours. After finishing up, Dennis did a thorough clean-up and gave us instructions as to how long to wait before using the tub, what to use for cleaning and other maintenance tips. He estimated that it would take 6 - 7 hours from start to finish and this is exactly what it took. Further, the job cost exactly what his estimate said. No surprises! I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed. I'm also very pleased with the professionalism Dennis displayed throughout the process, from the first handshake to the last handshake. When we get ready to re-do our master bath, Dennis will get the call.
