Description of Work: I contacted the provider the week before and made an appointment to see on the Monday the 2nd. After wainting hours I called the mobile number and no answer. Call several times more with no answer. Sent email to the Headquarters of Bartlet with complaining about taking a half day off for an appt. which they did not show. To this day have never recieved an email or call from coporate. Recieved a call the following day the rep had been to my house and would like to further discuss what i would like done. Seriously. I did not return the call. Very unprofessional and was warned about this and high pricing,

Description of Work: Tree and bush trimming and pruning

Description of Work: Shannon came out about two weeks before the work was done to give us an estimate, which he sent to us in writing with a contract, and then quickly fit us into his schedule. He was very professional, knows ALL about trees and does great followup. And unlike many of the tree workers we've talked to, he knew that the hurricane cut is NOT the way to go on palms. It endangers the tree, according to the Extension Services of GA, NC, SC, and FL. | |The biggest part of the job ($175) was removing MANY large clumps of mistletoe from a river birch very high up. They came with all the right equipment, a lot of knowledge (both about the tree and safety). They removed it with a good eye for maintaining the shape of the crown, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They also took the dead fronds and fruit off of a sabal palm, which were too high for us to reach, and they pruned the tops of two wax myrtle trees, one near the house and one near the driveway, which are also too tall for us to manage any more. They preserved their shapes nicely. We couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: Cut down a large dead Palm tree, thinned out and trimmed down three large Crepe Myrtles, thinned two other large trees.

Description of Work: Got an estimate for pruning multiple overgrown Laurels and Oaks as well as tree removal and fungal treatment. Bartlett has been allowing me to break the work up so that I didn't have to come up with one giant payment. Their workers have been professional and courteous and did a good job cleaning up when they were done.

Description of Work: They came out and talked through the health of our trees. Shannon have recommendations as to which trees should be cut to ensure a healthy lawn. Though a little pricy I feel they far better understand their work over someone that just comes to cut branches. We are planning on having them perform the services over the summer.

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate to remove a tree. Price quoted was more than 3x another company that we had come out. On the plus side he was the only one to come out without having to call a second time and ask when they were arriving.
