Description of Work: We have a contract with Bakers Tree Service doing business as Bribugs Trees and More on October 6, 2017. They created a contract and agreed for the, “Removal of 3 Pine Trees” for $3000. Per contract, I was told we would have to make a “Deposit of 50% into Paypal” (pay half of the $3000.00 payment upfront) before he would start the job. After signing the contract, we deposited $1500 into his paypal account on October 7, 2017 and they started the job. Once they received our money and started cutting down the front tree, Mr. Baker told us that we would have to pay him more than $3000 if we wanted him to finish the two pine trees in the backyard because he felt as though he was not being paid enough. He stopped for two days and left our front lawn with a lot of debris from the tree. Eventually, Mr. Baker cut down one tree and left it in our lawn whole. He told us the city would remove it but he did not cut it to the city’s specifications. On October 24, 2017, the renters living in the house received a “Notice To Correct Conditions” from the city of Savannah Project Maintenance Department. The City of Savannah gave us until October 30, 2017 to make the corrections or we would be incurred a $1000.00 penalty fee. We called Mr. Baker to inquire about the status of removing the tree, he told us “what does that have to do with me, I do not haul/have the capacity to haul trees/you have to pay more money to haul the tree off.” I told Mr. Baker that I will have to take him to civil court for the performance of a fraudulent and breached contract, he said, "go ahead" and hung up the phone. The city of Savannah did not pick up the debris and tree from the front lawn because they did not cut the tree to specification to be pickup by the City of Savannah and that the debris and the tree were not at the proper place in the front lawn to be picked up. We are in the process of hiring another business to remove the tree and debris from the lawn. While cutting the tree, another tree received damaged and have to be cut.

Description of Work: He ran electrical lines under my house from the breaker box on one side of my home, to the utility shed on the other side of my home.

Description of Work: They removed 80 to 100 foot long water oaks that had fallen on my work place. They completely removed the trees and debris.

Description of Work: He asked me to call him and told me that he could not be bother to move his equipment to do the job but he never even visit the place for an estimated. Disrespectful, unprofessional and racist.
