Description of Work: Provided completely inadequate and sloppy packing for my household goods. The worst packing experience in over 20 moves for the past 35 years of my life. Numerous extremly expensive and fragile glass and crystal items were broken due to poor packing. Glass/crystal was packed under heavy objects with inadequate packing materials. Linens used as "stuffing" to package extremely expensive paintings. Loose items thrown haphazardly into box. Many irreplaceable photographs of loved ones and important memories ruined due to dumping loose photographs into boxes. Pictures and frames were double packed in boxes that did not fit with inadequate packing material. I have moved many times and the blatent disregard for my valuables and household goods is disgusting and readily apparent by the shabby packing job performed by this crew. This business quoted a 3 day pack job and rushed to finish in 1.5 days with complete lack of respect for my household items - it is very easy to see how they finished packing such a large household in so short of time due to all the corners they cut. The customer service and manager have failed to return phone calls. They should be ashamed to provide this kind of service to soldiers and veterans. I will do all I can to prevent other soldiers and veterans from having the same experience.The service they provide is blatant waste, fraud and abuse.
