Overall inspection process was very thorough! I was deployed during the time of the inspection, Paul was able to provide me with an electronic invoice and I was promptly provided the full report immediately after payment. Extremely pleased with Paul's professionalism, dedication and knowledge, and simplicity of the report so that a new homeowner like myself knows exactly what the deficiencies, recommendations for repair, and tips for home maintenance are. Would highly recommend! Worth it!

Paul inspected the foreclosure for structural problems, moisture problems, the A/C unit, the electrical system, the plumbing system, the roof, and the appliances and found several issues, most of which were minor, but substantive. Again, with Paul, you really find out EVERYTHING that needs to be reported and found out.

He was excellent. I have high standards and he certainly impressed me. I have no problem paying more for the best quality and that is exactly what I got great quality of service for the price.

Paul was on time, and very professional. He spent the better part of the day checking out out house, we asked him to be very nit picky as ours is a new home coming toward the end of the year warranty. We wished to be able to our builder a complete list of issues, and he provided that list. We have bought and sold many homes, and have always had home inspections ; because as a seller or a buyer we didn't want any surprises. Paul spent a great deal of time checking all aspects of the exterior, and interior. We would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

Paul found several items which were not per Code, the Builder was unaware and the County guy surely didn't catch them; had those items fixed prior to closing. Paul uses technology well. Next day I had a very detailed report with photos available to me on-line.
