+ -1 moreI was promised that the project would be done immediately-the next day or so. The woman I spoke to had to talk to her boss. She was sure it would be done within the week. I called a second time when we heard nothing, and again was promised that the work would be done in a day or two. Then, radio silence. No one called, no one came. So unprofessional. If you can't or don't want to do the work, just tell us-don't promise service and then just evaporate into thin air. Could not recommend to anyone. Don't believe their promises!
Description of Work: We needed a pump installed for our swimming pool.

Description of Work: POOR SERVICE AND DAMAGES! ASP maintained my pool on East Beach for 4 years. The home is a vacation rental, so cleanliness of the pool is very important to our guests. On a number of occasions, the property manager received complaints from guests that checked in on a Saturday about cleanliness of the pool. The pool was cleaned on Thursdays. When the property manager called the owner of ASP, she was told not to call his cell phone on the weekend and was referred to the office. When she called the office, the call always went to voicemail. This led to a number of unhappy guests, some of which posted negative reviews on the home. Add to the poor service was the fact that the chemicals were not maintained at the correct levels which led to having to replace the heat exchanger in the heater in the summer of 2016, then the entire heater again in 2017, 13 months later, at a cost of $4,200! Both the pool company that installed the heater and the manufacturer's rep of the heater agreed that the damage was due to improper chemical balance. You might think that after being a loyal customer for over 4 years that ASP might take some responsibility and agree to cover, at least some, of the cost of the heater replacements. Instead, they deny any responsibility and have offered nothing. If you are looking for a reliable pool company with integrity, my advice would be to look for someone else.

+ -1 moreAlways reliable. Excellent job keeping pool pristine. Very helpful and prompt when problems arise with pool equipment. We pay a monthly fee for cleaning, which includes chemicals. Repairs cost extra.

Description of Work: They used a chemical called "Jack's Magic" to remove staining. It looks wonderful & was reasonable. Before the work was done our pool turned green and had no chlorine. They had come and turned the chlorine off, but didn't tell us. Not knowing, we turned it back on and this delayed the fix. When the treatment was completed, they told us not to add chemicals- that the pool was balanced. Once again it turned green and took a few days & treatments by us to fix. They were very nice & reasonable, but the follow through was lacking. I'd still try them again.

+ 0 moreThey do a good job. They send an email with a picture and chemical changes when they are done. We have a lot of oak trees that drop a lot of leaves and they are able to get them all out.

+ -1 moreThey are really good. They are not perfect, but compared to all the other that we have used, they are honest, and they document what they do. For instance, they test the water, and they tell you what the readings are and then they add the chemicals and email it to me. They keep records and I like that. They will be coming out today, and we pay monthly. They are not the cheapest.

The employees are very conscientious when performing the weekly cleaning and in adjusting the pool chemicals to ensure complete compliance with the Glynn County Health Dept requirements. The company is very responsive to any concerns we have or problems we encounter. It is a pleasure doing business with ASP and I would recommend them to other associations and friends.

+ -1 moreThese folks are incredibly professional and very friendly. I hired them to help me recover my pool, but they were so great that I opted to keep them on as my monthly maintenance folks. They send me an email after each cleaning with a picture of my clean pool, ph balance, what other things they did or found, and so forth. How cool is that? As you can tell, I really like these guys.
