Overall it went well. Mr. Davis returned my initial call within 1 day. He came out the next day to perform the estimate. He was almost 1 hour late for the estimate appointment due to difficulties with directions/ GPS. However he did call several times for directions and to keep me updated. Once on site he inspected the leak area and the exterior chimney enclosure and roof and identified the problem as deteriorated sealing at the top of the chimney. He provided a reasonable estimate and arranged to do the work the following day. The next day he arrived on time and completed the work for the agreed price. I'm happy with the service I received and hopefully won't see any further leaks.

Their price was moderate. When he came out, he went up on the front and looked at it and didn't even measure it. He went out to see the back roof and didn't get up on it and give me a quote. He wasn't too thorough with his quotes. I didn't feel that he did what he was supposed to be doing to quote me an accurate price.

Basically, I thought it was a fair price. They did it within a timely fashion because we do not want to let it go too long. They were fine. The estimate was given to us, and they exactly did the work that was defined in the contract. Their service was good.

I was very pleased with his service. He got a bunch of people here and did a good job hopefully. It hasn’t rained yet. He did what he said he would do. He gave me an estimate. He wrote down what he was going to do. He did all that and more. It took little over a day to do the job. He got the job done. He corrected the problems that I was having hopefully. I had several quotes and he was right there. He did a quality work. I would use him in the future.
