We have used Angels Tree Service for several jobs over the years. They do good work, but quoted me an abnormally high price recently. he quoted $2600 to take down one tree and grind two stumps. We have never paid this much even when we had multiple trees with them. I honestly think he was giving me a higher quote because I am a woman. In the past, my husband was speaking with him about a quote and not just me by myself. I asked for a written quote and he said he would bring it by the next day or two days at the latest. We never received the written quote. My husband called several times and he never brought the quote by. He then showed up a week later saying he was ready to take the tree down. My husband told him that we weren’t going to use him because he never brought us a written quote. I am not going to enter into a written contract with this. On top of that, we got other quotes that were much lower.

We had a large pine fall during the recent Tropical Storm. Called Angel on a Thursday, he came to Rincon and looked at what needed on Saturday, returned with his crew Monday morning. We realized after the tree fell that others needed to be cut down and others needed large limbs cut. Angels crew were really experts with cutting down the trees we needed cut, while saving/no damage to other trees we wanted to keep. Experts in tree work, even with large limbs overhanging the house. Have absolute confidence in his experienced crew. Price was great too - Would call them back in a heart beat.

Would not recommend. Called them 3 times. Final time said they would be out that afternoon or the following day. Never came, never called. Very poor customer service.

Originally contacted him in August for estimate and he showed up and was very nice. But when I contacted him in Sept. so that I could get the work done, he didn't show up on the day he told me he would be coming by. I called him and he was supposed to come by again but didn't show up or call. Called again and scheduled for him to come by Oct.2 and have yet to see or hear from him.

Good job, very good price again.

He asked me if it would be alright to do the job on a Sunday. I said Sunday would be fine, so he said he and his men would be there. He never showed up. I called him on Monday. He said he would look at the schedule and get back to me on Wednesday. I never heard from him, and he has not returned multiple voicemails. I needed this job done by a certain date. He ended up wasting two weeks of very important time, and he knew it.

After witnessing the work of other, more careless tree companies, we were very cautious about who we hired. Angel and his crew were professional and courteous. They arrived early and fell the trees in small, and safe sections. They did the work quickly but carefully and they left the place cleaner than they found it. Could not be happier!

The job went excellently. They were able to take down a full 120 ft water oak in 3.5 hours! We are so thankful they were able to come out when they did, seeing we were stood up by another company.

They showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after even blowing the roof of the house off.

I've used Angel's Tree Service before for larger jobs. I'm always satisfied with their work, especially in cleaning up the job site.

They showed up on the day and time scheduled and did an excellent job. Spent two days on the job and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

This is our 3rd experience with ATS & it was all good, just as the previous jobs were. Angel brings in a crew and all the equipment needed to get the job done post haste. Thanks for the excellent work, Angel!

Between myself and my wife we contacted this company four times over a period of about one month about a dying tree in our back yard that was a danger to the home. Each time they said they were busy and would call us back either later that day or the next day to set up a time. They never returned a single call to come out. We went with someone else who we were very happy with and will continue business with. This company appears to be very unreliable. I would give them an F if they had given severely poor service at the home, but a D will suffice as we were never able to get them out to help us. This company came highly recommended by our real estate agent, but after discussion about our experience with him, our agent plans to remove them from their list of recommendations as well.

Watching this crew work today was amazing. They climbed the trees and dropped the limb with ropes and cut/chipped the limbs like an orchestra. They work like fluid motion. They worked non stop and tirelessly until the job was done. Would absolutely recommend the service to anyone and will definitely use them again! 31

I contacted Angel about two weeks ago to give me an estimate on removing two trees and some large branches that we over hanging the house and were starting to die off. Angel came a few days later, looked at the job and gave me an estimate. He had originally scheduled the job to be done sometime the week of May 12, however a large branch came off one of the water oaks so I called him and he moved the job up to make sure no other branches came down. The crew at the scheduled time and Angel had 8 workers with him. They got right to work and finished the entire job including clean up in about five hours. They did a great job

They are busy, so not a fast process. Main tree and stump removal involved some fencing removal so this required some coordination between Angel and fence repairman. This was done but removal of stump grinding pile required a call back and additional charge. Eventually, I was satisfied and I still feel the price was fair. I would use them again.

Angel returned my call 3 days after I left a message. He promised to call and give me a date for an estimate. I received no call and redialed him a week later. He apologized and said he would come out to my home that afternoon. He neither showed up nor did he call. This is no way to do business.

He was courteous and accommodated my schedule. He arrived at agreed upon time with a large crew of men and they had a very efficient system worked out. This is a very professional business with suffient equipment and expertise to do this work safely and quickly. I was totally pleased. They carried away all debris except what was useful as mulch, which they left in the appropriate place. He explained everything in advance and I felt the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this business again and recommended him to a friend already.

Removed 8 trees and stumps from yard. 7 were huge pines with many branches and very tall. Also, trimmed some water oaks. Phenomenal job. Very fast. Quote was well below competetors. Very professional and CLEAN. Completed most of the job on a Friday and returned Saturday AM for last pine tree and to gind all stumps. I would highly recommend them. Extremely pleased with Angel's tree work and his guys were spot on.

Very professional job. He arrived on time with a full crew. The job took approximately 90 minutes to complete. I have absolutely no complaints regarding the quality of his work. I most certainly would recommend "Angel's Tree Service".

He does a super excellent job. There were very fast and very thorough., and they cleaned up. I have used them 3 times before. Some of the tree services around this area will charge $2000 to take down one tree! I would definitely recommend them. Most certainly I will use them again.

I liked the fact that he knew how to do the job, but what got me was his price was half the price than other companies I had used. He was very polite and professional. He was very efficient and cleaned up like he was supposed to. He has gotten really busy and doesn't seem to be as responsive or punctual as he used to be. I have recommended him to others as well.

We are going to have another tree taken out probably in the next 2 or 3 months. He has removed quite a few trees for us. He is very easy to deal with and he gives you a good price. His people are very thorough and they do a very good job.
