Description of Work: I did this once before. They did a diagnostic on why my air conditioner wasn't working. They checked all my equipment. We discussed what was needed and the cost. We agreed on a price. They ordered the parts and repaired in a timely manner in which I didn't have to suffer from the heat. They were polite and attentive about the problem and I was sold.
