We had a walkthrough gate but needed a wider opening in our chain link fence so we could get a riding mower in the back yard. Affordable Premier Fences explained the best way to do it, gave us an estimate, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner.

They arrived on time, quoted a price and performed work the same day. I would recommend and hire them again.

They arrived on time, they cleaned up and their attitude was fantastic.

I always try to give the good before the bad. In this case, I cannot. Although Scott is very friendly, that is the only positive in my experience. $2200 worth of fencing and $4500 for labor. Seemed fair for a company with good reviews and years of experience. It is not about the cost, it is about his incompetence as a fence builder. Scraps of wood used for stability in the hollow vinyl posts for the gates vs solid 4x4 posts as recommended by the fence manufacturer, posts placed directly into the concrete instead of pouring concrete around the posts as recommended, posts placed off-center and on and on. He had no employee or associate available to assess for necessary corrections as he was away for a few weeks over the holiday. I needed the fence installed correctly so I could start the next phase of my backyard overhaul. I decided to have another company replace the inferior work. Scott was very upset and said I did not give him the chance to correct. My thought process was: give him another chance when the first attempt was more than subpar? paid another company to reinstall the gates and the entire side of the fence. There would be no reason to put yourself in a frustrating situation. Please go to the next company that specializes in fence installation and not a man that portrays himself as a realtor when he has an expired license. Lesson learned.

We hired this company because Scott Atchinson had good reviews on this site. I would not recommend this company for their workmanship or their customer service. We had serious issues with improper installation and the lack of posts in needed areas. The fence construction we hired this company for was part of a full landscape re-design project. The issues with the fence were brought to our attention from the contractor Scott recommended us to use for the rest of the job. When the landscape contractor pointed out the problems with the fence, we contacted Affordable Premier Fence and Scott did not return our calls, texts or the calls from the landscape contracting company. We had to pay additional money for the shoddy work to be rectified so the project could be completed. Scott eventually texted that he was out of town, but made no effort to call us or the landscape design company to understand the problem and make a solution plan. We asked for a refund of part of the fees paid, but Scott has refused and accused us of extortion for his shoddy work. Scott also cashed our check at our personal bank within an hour after we wrote it, asking us to write it to him personally so he could pay his **guys**. Obviously since he was paid, he does not have the business smarts or customer service excellence to rectify this matter. We will be following up legally on this matter. Choose another company. Do not hire Affordable Premier Fences.
