+ -1 moreHe does all of my servicing for me. He has done work for several of my houses. He sends me an invoice and then I mail him a check. I have been working with him for quite awhile. I am not usually at the site. If I have a house that has a problem, he has people that work for him, so I'm not sure if he is there with them or not. It all depends on how much work they have for the day for him and his crew.
Description of Work: He had to install some Freon in a unit.
