I initially contacted and set up an appointment date and time for someone to come to my house as I need the floor in one room refinished. Waited all day - no one from the company ever showed or called. I have called and left multiple messages (that day and since - no one ever answers the phone, so it is only possible to leave a message). No one has ever returned any calls, or contacted me since that first day the initial appointment was made. Extremely unprofessional. Wasted an entire day waiting (when I could have contacted someone reliable and had my job done)!

Got estimate...once they started I asked for more work to be done in other rooms and they always gave me more time to do the extra requests. I will definately use them again. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and she is next on their list. The floors are beautiful!
