Description of Work: Lance Lucas is the best d*** plumber alive. He has done so much work for us, I'm sure we're helping fund his retirement! Great person, hard worker, and after nearly 12 years...a good friend.

Description of Work: I left a message on the company voice mail and my call was returned within 20 minutes. I was able to schedule for the day and time I wanted. The Plumber called 20 minutes before the appointment to say that he was on his way. He arrived on time. He put in new faucets and a spout and a sprayer for my kitchen sink; [I had already purchased the items at Home Depot at Victory Square]. He worked diligently for about 45 minutes and did a wonderful job. Then he replaced the spout-diverter to the master bathroom tub & shower. He had the part on his truck. The part looked very nice. I got a 10% discount for a senior citizen, which I appreciated very much. Everything has been working very well.

Description of Work: I called AAA plumbing and left a message asking them if they serviced Septic Tank and repaired field line systems Within no time I received a call back. They informed me that they didn't provide that service, but recommended another company that did. I used that company to facilitate a field line repair and have my septic tank serviced. I was very pleased in that they charged far less than what other companies were quotijng to do the same work. When they left my yard was as though it had hardly been touched. I owe that savings and the expert work that was done to the referal that AAA Pumbing provided. For that reason, I would definately call them the next time I have any plumbing issues or work that needs to be done.

+ -1 moreHe came very quickly when called. He was very professional, just came in, did his work and did not hang around. He just had a good professional demeanor and did what he was asked to do. He could not take the toilets the day he left which I was a little concerned about because I wanted to make sure he came back. He absolutely came back the next day and hauled them all. The price was three times lesser than what another company quoted me. I would recommend them to others.

+ 2 moreEvery time we need him, Mr. Lucas has done an excellent job. I have an older house and have had plumbing problems of various sorts in the eight years I have been there. Each problem he fixes and is no longer a problem except for the roots in the lines and that is b/c I need to have the pipes changed from Cast Iron to something the roots can't get into.
Description of Work: I have had my lines snaked, lines dug up and replaced, bathroom modification, water heater modification, etc.
