Poor quality workmanship on 1st visit of annual maintenance plan… Didn’t do any diagnostic evaluation at all.. Tried to cancel remaining service on my prepaid plan.. Was told they don’t offer cancellations or refunds..

Justin was the technician who came to service our HVAC system. He was professional, courteous and resolved our issue. We have been using AAction Air for many years, have always been satisfied with their service and always recommend them.

I had AAction air come out to start a bi annual maintenance program on my perfectly working HVAC system on Tuesday 6/11/19, the tech stated it was about 1 lb low on Freon. I left for the afternoon and when I returned home I had no cool air. Another one of their techs came out the next day scheduled between 12-4, showed up after 6:00,and checked the system and found no Freon. Kind of funny it works fine until AAction air comes and checks it and says I need a whole new system $5500.00. I had another company come out Thursday( still no air) and check the system and found a valve had been opened that allowed all of the Freon to escape. Beware Do Not Use AAction Air. They are crooks and will sabotage your system to Try and sell you a new one.

During Hurricane Matthew we had brownouts; the power didn't go completely out. It did eventually completely go out. On responsiveness they came right out. I currently have a maintenance plan with them. They come out every 6 months to do a preventative maintenance check on it and everything.

My unit has been working fine. The guy gives me a call about 10 minutes before he is due here. He says, "Hey, I'm on the way, I'll be there in 10 minutes." He shows up in 10 minutes like he said he would and he introduces himself and explains what he is going to be doing, does it and he explains what he did before he left.

I'm happy with them. They're prompt, they answer when you call them up, they know who you are because you're a customer, it's not like you're a number or something. They're prompt, you tell them what you need, they come out and schedule it and do it. They're here when they're supposed to be here. If they say they'll be here between 8:00 and 12:00, they're here between 8:00 and 12:00, no excuses or anything. I've had no problems.

We're so pleased with them when we have emergencies. He's just superb. He's just so good. The pricing is very fair.

They’ve been here before. It was very good. They are excellent. They show up on time and they did what they said they would do. They left on time and my air conditioning system is working very nicely.

It turned out good. We have an insurance plan and they are the ones that take care of it. They are very professional.

They were very professional and prompt. My husband was not happy that they didn’t actually clean out the air conditioner. He felt like the filters should have been hosed off since it was spring maintenance and the bottom of the air conditioner should have been cleaned out. They were very courteous.

I had an okay experience with them. I thought put a new spout where the water comes out of because it looked kind of awkward, to have the new knobs and not the new spout. Other than that, it was okay. The price was kind of high. I would use them, but I would check to see if I can get it done cheaper elsewhere.

My experience with them was not very well. The system they installed had broken in about six or seven months. I had a lot of warranty problems. Their labor warranty had expired, but there was a manufacturer defect with the unit. I had to actually go to the company they had purchased it from and A Action Air did not help me. For them to repair the unit, they would have charged me about $1,200.The manufacturer eventually took care of everything, but I had to do way too much work when they should have. A Action always tried to up sale me on new gadgets they had every time they serviced the equipment. I have since stopped using their services and now use another company.

Everything was good. There were no troubles with scheduling and they completed the work all in one trip. My experience with them was fine.

I had called them out because the unit was not working properly. The technician was very informative and explained everything to me. He diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. The price was reasonable for the work that he did. It was a good experience.

Their price was in the middle of the road compared to the other estimates I had received. They completed the installation in about three hours. They hauled the old unit away and cleaned up very well. They did a great job!

This had happened on a holiday weekend and they actually answered when we called. They came out the first thing the next morning. They installed a universal fan outside but it did not work. They had to order a new part from Trane. They installed a new coil and it corrected the issue. They were very good and efficient. The technician and his colleague came back a couple of times to ensure everything was working properly. They were very good. We have even taken out a contract with them for servicing. They come when they say they will come and they clean up after themselves. They have been great overall.

I had used their services one before. They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. They found that we had a cable loose in one our air conditioning units and repaired it. My experience with them was great.

I contacted the company after they were recommended on Angie's List. They were on time and did what they said they would. The technicians they send are friendly. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it. Everything worked out okay.

I was having some issues with my unit not cooling properly. The technician who came out was able to complete the repair in that same visit. They had sent me a notice in the mail that it the warranty was expiring. However, I never received it and it expired. They were able to reinstate the warranty and were very accommodating. Everything was great!

There were no troubles with scheduling. They were very prompt. We had a ten day window for inspection and they were able to come out that next day. Their price was comparable to other companies that we had gotten. Everything was fine.

after a problem caused by lack of responsiveness from a service 2.5 months ago, the owner stepped up and fixed everything very fairly to the point that we will use them again and recommend them. The techs were best we have had.
